All items will be shipped out  within three business days, if without any delay of payments and weekend.  Tracking information will be available to buyers upon shipment, sent via email to the customer’s registered email address, and also available for reference on the “My Account” page.

CANCELLATIONS
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched.Cause that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 6-8hours after orders placing.  Hope you can understand  this key point.Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We're so confident you'll be delighted with our products, we give you 14 days to make sure it's right for you. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase from BestUGGstore, simply send us an email. We will then provide you with further instructions if you request a return or exchange.
 
Shoes must be free of wear and tear and must be in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels.Dirty shoes will be returned to the customer, without evaluation.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we receive the item back (shipping charges must be paid by customer for the return), we will ship your requested exchange item back to you without charging any additional shipping fees.

All packages should be sent via a trackable method. BestUGGstore is not responsible for packages lost in transit.Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days to complete your return or exchange.

 For all free shipping items, an about $28 USD shipping & handling fee ($28 for first 1 items and $6 for each additional item) will be non-refundable  to  RETURNS order.
